Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking an experienced retail manager to lead and develop a team within a fast-paced airport environment in San Antonio, TX. The role requires three+ years of management experience, a strong service mindset, and the ability to drive sales and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will analyze data to identify opportunities, communicate effectively, and adapt to flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 airport setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of retail management experience, preferably in a department store, specialty retail, hospitality, food service, or airport retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Strong understanding of customer service, retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Proven ability to support sales growth, manage operational priorities, and achieve performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts in a 24/7 airport environment.
