Job summary

Paradies Lagardère operates in a fast-paced airport environment and seeks a seasoned retail manager to lead and coach teams, drive sales, and ensure superior customer service.

The ideal candidate will analyze store operations, manage merchandising and inventory, and align with the company’s mission and values while working flexible hours across evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of retail management experience in a department store, specialty retail, hospitality, food service, or airport retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while promoting a positive and productive workplace culture.
• Strong understanding of customer service, retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Proven ability to support sales growth, manage operational priorities, and achieve performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts in a 24/7 airport environment.
