In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to our innovative Signature Dining Programs, engaging in à la minute cooking and crafting chef-inspired dishes.
Consistently prepare all meals and menu items following proper safety and cooking techniques. Ensure accurate portioning, plating, temperature, and presentation of meals. Utilize your culinary skills to create high-quality dishes that enhance resident satisfaction. Keep the kitchen and workstation clean and sanitized at all times.
