Qualifications

- Hotel-specific experience preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
Responsibilities
- Assist and support hotel properties and staff in assigned region.
- Provide leadership across all departments and train team members.
- Establish high service standards by hiring the right people.
- Lead and develop team across multiple properties.
- Model QA best practices and meet quality assurance metrics.
