Job summary

Nova Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee day-to-day beverage operations across our forthcoming private members' club in Austin. You will lead a craft-focused program, manage P&Ls, cost controls, and inventory, while delivering high-touch member service and mentoring a diverse bar team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bar leadership experience in high-volume, craft-focused venues.
• Proven ability to create original cocktails and wine programs, with strong beverage knowledge.
• Experience managing P&L, costing recipes, inventory, and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage operations across Club bars, dining rooms, lounges, and coffee program.
• Develop and rotate beverage menus that maintain a cohesive Townhome identity.
• Design and manage the wine member reserve program and private events.
• Ensure health/safety compliance and cost controls; manage purchasing and inventory.
• Lead and mentor bar staff; conduct preshifts and cross-department coordination.
