Job summary

Sonic, in partnership with KBP Drive-In, seeks an Assistant General Manager in Clemmons, NC to lead daily operations and drive strong restaurant performance. You will collaborate with the Managing Partner on training, scheduling, and team development while ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience with profit & loss responsibility.
• Experience in quick-service environment preferred.
• Able to lead training, scheduling, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding SONIC standards.
• Lead training, scheduling, and monitor team performance.
• Manage inventory, food safety compliance, and guest concerns.
• Support financial performance via cash handling and expense control.
• Partner with Managing Partner on growth initiatives and brand protection.
