Qualifications

• Minimum High School diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in QSR or retail.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in building teams.
• Dynamic, energetic, proactive leader who drives results and inspires others.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop top talent to build People Capability.
• Coach and mentor Team Members and Shift Leaders to achieve performance excellence.
• Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Brand values.
• Provide performance feedback and resolve team conflicts.
• Deliver a consistent customer experience and uphold brand standards.
• Manage labor scheduling, inventory, and health and safety compliance.
• Handle customer feedback and coach the team to exceed guest expectations.
• Support profit and loss management through cash controls and cost optimization.
• Monitor financial reports and take actions to improve store results.
• Oversee maintenance of facilities and equipment and conduct preventive checks.
