We are now looking for an Assistant General Manager of Retail Operations who wants to turn customer service into a customer EXPERIENCE for travelers inside our amazing locations inside the Nashville International Airport! The AGM of Operations will be responsible for the back of house, inventory, POs, Stocking, and other operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Management, Human Resources, or Tech helpful
• Large volume retail logo/sundries/airport store experience a plus
• The ability to talk to strangers from all over the world
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple task/projects
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office (WORD, Excel, Outlook)
• Must have a satisfactory Criminal Background Check and Airport Badging Process
