Nothing Bundt Cakes in Glendale, CA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the General Manager in daily bakery operations and to lead a team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive sales performance, uphold food safety and quality standards, and manage staffing, scheduling, and inventory while fostering a positive, results-driven team culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in retail, restaurant, bakery, or food service.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of bakery operations in partnership with the General Manager.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet performance and service goals.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and scheduling staff.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
• Monitor bakery performance, sales results, and labor costs.
