Job summary

Nothing Bundt Cakes in Reno is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts and support team members across all areas of the bakery. You will help ensure exceptional guest service while upholding our standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.

You will coach, train, and motivate staff, manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and reporting, and coordinate with management to maintain operations and a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
