Nothing Bundt Cakes is seeking a General Manager to lead daily bakery operations, develop a high‑performing team, and drive sales while ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards.

The GM will manage labor, costs, quality, and safety in a fast‑paced, guest‑centric environment, partnering with ownership to execute strategic initiatives and community outreach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, bakery, hospitality, or food service operations.
• Proven leadership with responsibility for hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong business acumen with experience managing sales, labor, and operating costs.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and building strong teams.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
