Charlotte’s in New Orleans is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the operations team, shape the guest journey, and elevate service across all dining lanes of the program in a newly redesigned setting on Magazine Street.

You are a hands-on leader with 5+ years in high‑volume upscale restaurants, deep knowledge of cocktails and wine, proven ability to hire and train a strong team, and a relentless focus on hospitality, labor efficiency, and cost control to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a leadership role in high-volume upscale restaurants.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and elevated service.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing teams.
• Hands-on operational leadership with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Understanding labor management, scheduling, inventory, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop an exceptional service team.
• Lead daily F&B operations with hands-on presence.
• Create a culture rooted in genuine hospitality.
