Qualifications

• Preference for HSD/GED
• 1+ years' experience leading, motivating or developing others OR US Military Service
• Strong customer service and support focus

Responsibilities

• Lead internal functions including Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Be results oriented by delegating tasks and reporting results
• Lead the experience by supporting the General Manager to meet restaurant performance and quality standards in Kitchen, People and Service areas
• Supervise kitchen quality, safety, cost, and new menu items
• Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
• Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring staff training and organizing service areas
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
