Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team and deliver WOW guest service.
• Coach and develop Shift Leaders and crew members to meet goals.
• Recruit and develop top talent while upholding Krystal standards.
• Plan and manage schedules, inventory, and food costs to meet financial goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
