Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop People: lead and coach the team; recruit and develop top talent; drive performance and PRIDE values.
• Create Great Guest Experiences: deliver WOW service and ensure a welcoming environment; respond to guest feedback and resolve issues.
• Brand Champion: support local promotions and product launches; uphold Krystal standards in operations.
• Business Planning: manage schedules and financials; monitor inventory and HACCP compliance; optimize labor and costs.
• Maintain Facility: ensure safety, cleanliness, and sanitary conditions; enforce health and safety policies.
