Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by delivering WOW service and a welcoming environment.
• Lead and coach Shift Leaders and crew to achieve goals and standards.
• Develop sales forecasts and staff schedules to balance quality and cost.
• Maintain health, safety, cleanliness and adherence to Krystal standards.
• Recruit and develop top talent and foster a PRIDE-driven team culture.
• Manage inventory, food costs and daily execution of operating systems.
