Qualifications

• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to stand and walk for up to 6 hours.

Responsibilities

• Support your General Manager in decision making and problem solving.
• Manage staffing needs and shift scheduling.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Ensure team performance meets operational and quality standards.
• Build long-term relationships with guests.
