GDLP Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach Shift Leaders, and uphold exceptional guest service. You will partner with the General Manager to drive profitability, ensure food safety, and maintain brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
• Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and controllable costs.
• Support restaurant profitability through strong operational execution.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed.
• Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Step into any position as needed to support restaurant success.
