Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-service or retail is preferred.
• Able to manage labor, inventory, and costs to maximize profitability.
• Strong guest service and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to maintain a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations: inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain KFC/KBP standards for quality, prep, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to optimize profitability.
