Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, and communicate objectives.
• Supervise non-management staff and assign work.
• Coach and develop shift supervisors.
• Ensure brand standards and policies are followed.
• Maintain cash management accuracy and daily reporting.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Perform spot inventory checks to ensure data accuracy.
