Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of daily operations in GM's absence and drive team toward excellence.
• Model MIC Success Routine and prioritize customer needs for consistent satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing feedback, address employee relations, and escalate when needed.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members with equity and inclusion.
• Help with cash control, inventory, labor management, and reviewing financial reports.
