Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar role in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to close the restaurant on two nights per week.
• Ability to lift and move objects, stand for long periods and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to maintain a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and quickly resolve issues to ensure memorable dining experiences.
