Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays; minimum 50 hours per week.
• This non-exempt management position requires significant time in-restaurant.
• ServeSafe Certification is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old; valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong, capable team.
• Provide customers with great food and a friendly experience.
• Source, hire, and develop excellent team members; conduct New Hire orientation and training.
• Manage cash handling to minimize loss and ensure compliance with banking requirements.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and waste; uphold health and safety standards.
• Respond to customer issues professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
