The role emphasizes training and developing staff, proactive guest engagement, and a positive leadership presence. 5+ years of progressive restaurant experience, including management, is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant experience, with 2+ in management.
• Ability to lead operations, manage seating and menu changes to maximize revenue.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations in tandem with or in the absence of the General Manager.
• Oversee seating arrangements and monitor menu changes to optimize revenue and service standards.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure timely, proactive guest satisfaction.
• Train and develop the team to ensure ongoing success and strong performance.
