Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management in a high-volume setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Demonstrated hospitality focus and motivation for staff.
• Strong leadership with coaching and excellence mindset.
• Knowledge of financial aspects and minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
