Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational standards and procedures.
• Oversee preventative maintenance of facility and equipment with vendors as needed.
• Adhere to cash control and security procedures.
• Interact positively with guests and coworkers.
• Coach Shift Leaders and Crew Members to improve performance.
• Direct team for efficient food prep and prompt, accurate service.
• Uphold brand standards and perform AGM duties when needed.
