Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build People Capability by recruiting, training, and developing top talent.
• Coach Team Members and Shift Leaders to achieve performance excellence.

• Deliver a Consistent Customer Experience aligned with brand standards.
• Oversee labor scheduling, inventory, and health & safety compliance.
• Monitor cash controls, inventory, and financial reports to improve results.
