Team Lyders is hiring an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations at a Taco Bell franchise location in Michigan. You will help develop and coach team members, manage labor, inventory, and safety programs, and ensure a consistent guest experience while driving profitability and brand standards.

The role prepares you for General Manager responsibilities and requires a proactive, energetic leader who can work a 50-hour week with evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of leadership experience in the QSR or retail environment.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven track record in team building.
• Proficient in basic business math and computer literacy.
• Willingness to work a 50-hour workweek, including evenings, weekends, and extended shifts.
