Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure customers receive great food and a friendly experience.
• Lead accountability to Border Foods core values and policies.
• Drive fast and friendly service and manage health and safety standards.
• Sourcing, hiring, and developing Team Members; conduct training and new hire orientation.
• Manage cash handling, labor, inventory, and waste; monitor P&L and implement actions.
