Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach team members to deliver great customer experiences.
• Oversee shifts and uphold food safety, brand standards, and Core excellence.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
• Support Profit & Loss management including cash control and inventory maintenance.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
