Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and act as Manager on Duty.
• Direct and develop a team of multiple staff members; participate in hiring and promotions.
• Assist GM with cash management, budgeting, and revenue optimization; lead sales efforts to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues to uphold service standards.
• Protect assets and ensure smooth operation of hotel services and activities.
