Job summary

Our Managers are the primary ambassador of the Taco Mama brand for their restaurant. The AGM helps to create a festive environment for team members and guests by leading with authenticity.

The goal of the AGM is to be a dynamic leader of him/herself, their team, and provide an unmatched culinary experience for our guests. This person must possess a genuine love for people, great food, and have a passion to develop others. The AGM must have high standards for themselves, their team, service, food quality, cost controls, and the overall operation of the restaurant. The AGM, along with the General Manager, is responsible for the overall profitability of the restaurant, the overall satisfaction of guests, and the overall satisfaction of all team members.

4 Years of Food & Beverage/Hospitality experience is required.

Management experience required.

ServeSafe Certified, preferred.
