MOKA Coffee is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager and keep the shop performing at its best. Lead, coach shifts, manage labor, and ensure fast service in a welcoming, high‑vibe environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in coffee/food service with at least 1 year in a leadership role, plus strong organization and communication skills. Expect a busy, people‑driven setting with weekend shifts and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in coffee/food service is preferred.
• Ability to coach Shift Leaders and Baristas.
• Experience implementing training and onboarding processes.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations.
• Coach and train team members to improve service quality.
• Oversee labor scheduling and inventory to prevent shortages.
• Maintain strong store culture and community engagement.
• Ensure store cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
