Luna Grill is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach front-of-house and kitchen teams, and uphold Luna Grill standards. You’ll be responsible for opening, peak service, closing, labor planning, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; an associate degree is a plus.
• Valid Food Manager Certification.
• Fluency in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Tech-savvy with POS systems and business software.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations including opening, peak service, closing.
• Cross-trained in all BOH positions and manage staff schedules.
• Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and Luna Grill standards.
• Help with payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting.
• Serve as Manager on Duty when GM is absent.
• Participate in hiring, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
