Cheba Hut in Johnston, IA is seeking an Assistant Manager who will lead by example, drive daily operations, and shape shop culture. You’ll coach the team, ensure guest satisfaction, and support the transition toward a General Manager role as the company grows.

You’ll manage shifts, uphold food safety standards, partner with marketing, and maintain brand energy across the floor. If you’re motivated to own outcomes and mentor others, we want to meet you.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant shift lead experience or above.
• Strong understanding of restaurant systems and operations.
• Comfortable working 10+ hour shifts.
• Food Safety Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
