Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with daily restaurant operations for guest experience.
• Lead and develop front- and back-of-house teams.
• Manage scheduling, labor, and shift coverage.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness to brand standards.
• Drive sales and assist in revenue and cost control goals.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and urgently.

Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house team members
• Oversee scheduling, labor management, and shift coverage to maintain optimal staffing levels
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness to uphold brand standards
• Drive sales performance and assist in meeting revenue and cost control goals
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Step in as acting General Manager in the GM's absence

Requirements:

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience required
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Experience with food cost control, labor management, and scheduling
• Food Handler's Certification or ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Positive, high-energy attitude with a passion for hospitality
