Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop a team.
• Experience with food cost control, labor management, scheduling.
• Food Handler's Certification or ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, high-energy attitude with a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
• Oversee scheduling, labor management, and shift coverage to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness to uphold brand standards.
• Drive sales performance and assist in meeting revenue and cost control goals.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships.
• Step in as acting General Manager in the GM's absence.
