Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work 50–55 hours per week, rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• HS diploma or equivalent; possess all documents required by state and federal law.
• Able to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations and set the tone for a fun, family environment.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls and staff scheduling.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team; coach and develop staff.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Monitor health and safety inspections and standards; uphold company policies.
• Support the General Manager in achieving sales and operational metrics.
