Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in a high-volume QSR or Fast-Casual environment.
• Hands-on leader who thrives in a busy shift and supports team needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor during peak hours, ensuring speed and accuracy.
• Train and coach a crew of 40+ and develop Shift Leads.
• Manage inventory, labor schedules, and food safety protocols.
• Drive guest satisfaction and resolve issues to deliver great experiences.
• Support GM to monitor costs and improve store profitability.
