Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant operated by a franchisee. You will drive profitability, uphold McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness, and partner with your leadership team to set goals and execute plans.

Ideal candidates have GM experience in busy quick-service environments or hospitality/retail, and are 18+ to qualify for management roles. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are included.

Qualifications

• GM experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers and provide coaching and direction to improve their departments.
• Help hire and develop Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
