Under the supervision of the General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, schedules, hiring, training, coaching, food safety, and financial controls, while maintaining a fun, family-friendly atmosphere and pursuing opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Ability to lead a team, train staff and manage schedules.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Commitment to food safety and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant's daily operations
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team
• Oversee coaching, counseling and developing staff and managing team relations
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
