Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service environment.
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• Consent to background screening.
• Able to walk and stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills with customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations under the General Manager.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Oversee coaching, counseling and development of staff and team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
