Under the General Manager, you will oversee scheduling, coaching, training, and performance, while maintaining financial controls and ensuring food safety.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant daily operations under the General Manager
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls
• Create and manage staff schedules
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team
• Oversee coaching, counseling and staff development
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant
