The AGM will focus on staff development, safety compliance, cost control, and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests. This is a hands-on leadership role at a busy restaurant location.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years leadership or supervisory experience in fast-casual or QSR.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, and training.
• Financial acumen including labor and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the General Manager by guiding staff and maintaining high service standards.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new employees and ensure policy adherence.
• Monitor food safety, quality, and presentation per Fazoli’s standards.
• Oversee shift operations and manage guest service and complaints.
• Support budgeting, inventory, and labor cost optimization.
