JOEY Restaurant Group is hiring at our Houston area locations in a full-time leadership role. You will guide and coach service teams, drive guest satisfaction, and help manage store sales, budgets, and labor while maintaining top hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
• Passion for hospitality and a track record of world-class service.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Duties

• Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership.

• Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.

Basic Qualifications

• 1-3 + years leadership experience (If you have high potential but less experience, we still want to meet you!).
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
• Possess a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world-class hospitality experiences.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks; and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
