Job summary

A&R Hospitality is hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) for the Hampton Inn Colorado Springs Northeast, a 95-room Hilton-branded hotel opened in 2022. The AGM will partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations across all departments and drive guest satisfaction and financial results.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, guest service excellence, and the ability to manage front desk, housekeeping, reservations, and food and beverage coordination as needed, with a clear

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of hotel supervisory or management experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive accountability.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate Front Desk, Housekeeping, Reservations, Guest Services, Security, and Maintenance operations.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and lead the hotel in the General Manager's absence.
• Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and take corrective action when standards aren't met.
• Ensure all departments use Quore effectively for task management, work orders, and documentation.
• Review night audit reports, daily revenue reports, and cash handling procedures for accuracy.
