Job summary

Eureka! Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Henderson, NV to oversee daily restaurant operations and partner with the GM to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

The AGM will lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, manage staffing and labor costs, and help recruit, train, and coach team members to uphold service standards. In addition to ensuring health and safety compliance, the AGM will contribute to local marketing, performance metrics, and continuity of leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience in high-volume restaurant.
• TIPs certification is required.
• Human Resources: recruit, train, coach, counsel, and align employees; communicate job expectations.
• Strategic restaurant operations: contribute to the company’s strategic plan and drive productivity and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, driving sales, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams to achieve service excellence.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and staffing to align with sales goals.
• Support in recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards compliance.
• Assist in local marketing and community engagement initiatives.
