Responsibilities

• Daily management of restaurant, lanes and front desk while supporting floor operations.
• Oversee service standards and staff development.
• Conduct meetings, coaching, and performance reviews; implement training.
• Forecasting and scheduling to ensure proper coverage for events and holidays.
• Strive to WOW guests by delivering exceptional service.
