Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership in high-volume, full-service restaurants.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage budgets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with restaurant POS and back-of-house systems (MICROS, Aloha, OpenTable).

Responsibilities

• Lead managers and hourly staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Oversee marketing strategies, risk management, and adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor sales forecasts, labor costs, and operating expenses to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with Beverage Director on beverage program and cost control.
• Develop talent through coaching, feedback, and evaluations.
