Shorty’s GoodTimes Bar | Pittsburgh, PA Full-Time | Salaried Management Position

Shorty’s GoodTimes Bar is looking for an experienced, energetic Restaurant & Operations Manager to become part of our growing team.

Shorty’s is where great food, ice-cold drinks, wall-to-wall TVs, and old-school entertainment come together. From duckpin bowling, pinball, shuffleboard, darts, bocce, karaoke, and more, we create an energetic atmosphere built around great hospitality and GOOD TIMES.

We’re looking for a hands‑on leader who loves being on the floor, developing people, taking care of guests, and driving results.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment management experience
• Strong leadership and team‑building skills
• Experience managing labor and cost of goods
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

• Comfortable leading in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment

• Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective under pressure
• Excellent management and leadership skills
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment
